- Your Personal Resilience Assessment
- Difference between Resilience, Mental Toughness and Personal Mastery
- Capturing personal character traits via questionnaires based on latest scientific and psychological research
- In addition measuring of biometrics, e.g., resting heart rate, heart rate variability, dominant brain waves, etc. to determine cognitive traits, e.g., resilience
- Analysis of individual and group results and identification of areas for development

Day 2

- Pillar 2 – Cellular health in the body, hydration of the cellular environment and proper electrolytic behaviour
- Pillar 3 – Food that increases oxygenation, stimulates proper pH balances in the different parts of the body and eliminates free radicals
